A day in the life of ...

• Support member programmes implementation e.g. agenda issues, legislation, standards, etc.
• Track monthly food supply chain activity and summarise result report
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for detailed execution for member programmes
• Monitor personnel movement across the membership base identifying changes and their impact
• Monthly production / retail sales performance by specific sector/s
• Create support for key partner events - focus groups - member briefings etc.
• Secret shopper - looking for new products, service levels and trends

Are you fit?

• Minimum 2 years of direct working experience in a management support role
• Experience in FMCG or Food and Beverage industry is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Love data and analysis
• Curious, question asker, puller of rabbits out of a hat

A day in the life of ...

• Develop costing analysis in projects, workshops, relationship with members and partners. 

• Promote clear understanding of financial key figures and costing within operations
• Evaluate community initiatives and ensure robust financial justifications

• Analyze and challenge operational cost performance based on key indicators 

• Support business and functional units to improve the profitability

• Active participation in Idea to Launch process; including costing simulations and C/E requirements


Are you fit?


• Prior experience in accounting / finance function (e.g. Supply Chain or Operations Controller)

• Core knowledge in finance areas of responsibility

• Thorough understanding of business environment

• Solid grounding in value creation process

• Good interpersonal skills, both within the function and with other members of the wider operations team
