We provide and host websites for a number of members and partners, and other learning providers.

The websites the UK Food Council provide are owned by the individual businesses and organisations and they are the Data Controller. Any data collected through their website that we process, we keep secure and only process in the manner they have instructed us to.

Subject Access Rights

If we receive a subject access request directly from one of our members’ or partners’ end users, we will pass this request on to the member or partner without delay. We will take all appropriate measures to assist them with fulfilling their obligations to respond to such requests. We cannot provide, rectify or delete any data that we store on behalf of our members or partners without their permission.
