Our Strategic Partners are an integral part of the partnership community. They are selected companies who commit time and resource into a strategic relationship with Food UK and its strategic aims, whilst adding value to the Membership Network through sharing their knowledge, expertise, and experience.  They are committed to collaborating with all Members of the Network to develop collective solutions to the key challenges facing the UK food industry.

Our Strategic Partners benefit from exclusive influence and alignment, top-level meaningful discussion and debate and take part in cross-sector ‘Think Tank’ style initiatives, through debate, research, workshops and consultations - working together with network colleagues.

Strategic Partner fees are £485 per month

Research & Education Partners

Our Research & Education Partners are selected universities, colleges, science parks and food research laboratories with relevant resource and knowledge, looking to build closer relationships with industry.

Our Research and Education Partners offer the connection between industry and academia through sharing their research and active participation in discussions, workshops and consultations.


They benefit from direct communication with Council Members and Partners, access to possible funding opportunities, collaboration and knowledge sharing across the community.

Strategic Partner fees are £280 per month

Partnership Applications

Each of these four partner options provides access to all of the services and facilities shown above. Should your application be successful then a member of our team will contact you to discuss how we can work together to support the membership. Partner applications are currently taking 14 - 21 days to go through the selection and verification process. So please bear this in mind if you do not hear back from us immediately with a decision. If successful, you will be invited to talks to enable both parties to gain a full understanding of the opportunities available.

Knowledge Partners

Our Knowledge Partner are organisations with specific expert knowledge and experience in a specific food industry sector, willing to collaborate and support the strategic aims of Food UK and the Membership Network.

Our Knowledge Partners have the opportunity to contribute to the Membership Network, bringing expertise to the table via participation in discussion and debate with the Members and Partners.  They are invited to take part in strategic level discussions that align with their company’s area of expertise, as well as research projects, workshops and consultations - working together with network colleagues. 

Knowledge Partners are also invited to contribute to the wider Food UK Connections programme within UK Government.

Knowledge Partner fees are £399 per month

Public Sector Partners

Our Public Sector Partners are selected organisations which offer the public sector perspective to the Membership Network and can contribute to thought leadership programmes.

Our Public Sector Partners play a key role within the Membership Network in offering their perspective into the discussions and debates, ensuring a wider representation across specific industry sectors.  They benefit from the collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Membership Network and have opportunity to put forward the public sector viewpoints and challenges as they contribute to the development of collective solutions to the key issues facing the UK food industry.

Strategic Partner fees are £220 per month

No Annual Fees

There is no annual contract. Fees are monthly based on a minimum of a 90 days for each partnership cycle. You can out of your partner status by notifying us 30 days in advance of the end of your 90 day cycle. 

Partnership fees are billed quarterly in advance.

Similarly you can opt back into your partnership at any time by providing 14 days notice.
